The HJEC is obliged to refer offending candidates to the Supreme Administrative Court to be struck off
An Administrative Court in Alexandria passed a ruling yesterday to compel the High Juridical Elections Commission to refer candidates who breached the rules of electoral silence, and the regulations of electoral campaign to the Supreme Administrative Court to be struck off from the election.

Supreme Administrative Court annuls the election results for Cairo first constituency
The Supreme Administrative Court confirmed the ruling of the Administrative Court, to annul the election results for Cairo first constituency. Thus, rejecting the appeals of “Freedom and Justice” party.
